  • Budget Change Requests (Pedidos de Alteração): Re-allocating budget lines when software scopes change or supply chain costs fluctuate, preventing the client from losing funds.
  • Interim Payment Processing (Pedidos de Pagamento): Grouping, cataloging, and processing raw expense documents (invoices, receipts, and bank transfer statements) into formal submissions for fund releases.

  • Mandatory Communication Auditing: Setting up compliant physical posters (A3 format minimum), digital banners, and web disclaimers displaying co-funding logos to prevent structural non-compliance penalties.
